NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SERVICE CALL WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR.

1. Sponsor

The Royal Flush Toilet Upgrade Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Steve's Plumbing, Heating, HVAC & Electrical, LLC, d/b/a Steve's Plumbing & AC Service, 99-1265 Halawa Valley Street, Aiea, HI 96701 ("Sponsor"). Any questions or correspondence concerning the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at the address listed above or at StevesPlumbingHawaii.com/royalflush.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and at the time of prize award, meet ALL of the following requirements:

Are legal residents of the State of Hawaii;
Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
Own and occupy a residential home located in the State of Hawaii as the entrant's personal primary residence, where the prize would be installed (the "Home"). The Home must not be a rental, vacation, investment, or commercial property; and
Are not excluded under Section 3 of these Rules.

Renters, non-owner occupants, property managers, persons holding only beneficial or contingent interests in a Home, persons in the process of acquiring or selling a Home, and owners of commercial, rental, vacation, or investment properties are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win:

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, of any company within the same corporate family as Sponsor (including Apex Service Partners and any of its affiliates), and of any company involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes;
Spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, step-relations, and any other household members residing at the same address as any person described above, whether or not related by blood or marriage.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. HST on August 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

All entries must be submitted through the dedicated Sweepstakes entry form. Sponsor will not accept casual email replies, social-media comments, direct messages, mailed paper entries, or any other channel not routed through the entry form. The entry form is reachable via the following three free methods:

ONLINE: Visit StevesPlumbingHawaii.com/royalflush and complete the entry form.
IN PERSON: Visit a participating Steve's community event during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form on a device or via QR code provided at the event.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Existing Steve's customers who receive a Sweepstakes promotional email from Sponsor through ServiceTitan may use the dedicated entry link contained in that email to access the same entry form. Replying to the email does not constitute entry.

All entries, regardless of method, route through the same entry form and are subject to the same eligibility, verification, and consent requirements. The entry form will request: (i) entrant's full legal name, (ii) the address of the Hawaii Home where the prize would be installed, (iii) contact information (telephone number and email address), and (iv) an attestation that the entrant meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.

Two optional checkboxes for marketing consent appear on the entry form. Marketing consent is described in Section 16 below. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per Home across all entry methods, regardless of the number of household members residing at the Home. Duplicate, mass-generated, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified and may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in disqualification of all entries from the Home. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disqualification.

7. Zones and Winner Allocation

For purposes of winner selection, entries are allocated to one of three service zones based on the location of the entrant's Home:

OAHU ZONE: Entrants whose Home is located on the island of Oahu.
MAUI ZONE: Entrants whose Home is located on the island of Maui.
NEIGHBOR ISLAND ZONE: Entrants whose Home is located on either the island of Hawaii (Big Island) or the island of Kauai. These two islands are combined into a single zone based on Sponsor's operational service capacity.

Three (3) potential winners will be selected, one (1) from each Zone, in a single drawing conducted on September 8, 2026.

8. Winner Selection and Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries in each Zone on or about September 8, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated administrator. The drawings will be conducted using a random-selection process, the integrity of which is solely within Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received within each Zone during the Sweepstakes Period.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner by telephone and email at the contact information provided on the entry form within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within seventy-two (72) hours of attempted contact and must, at Sponsor's request, complete the following before prize award:

Present a valid government-issued photo identification establishing date of birth and Hawaii residency;
Provide reasonable documentation of homeownership of the Home, which may include public property records, current property tax records, current mortgage statement, recorded deed, homeowners insurance declaration, or other documentation accepted by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (if permitted by law and chosen by the winner) a separate Winner Publicity Release;
Sign and return a Pre-Installation Inspection Consent form as described in Section 13 of these Rules; and
Provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor to confirm eligibility.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the seventy-two (72) hour period, declines to provide the required documentation, fails verification, or is otherwise disqualified, the potential winner will forfeit any prize claim, and an alternate winner will be selected as described in Section 14.

11. Prizes

Three (3) prizes are available in the Sweepstakes, one per Zone. Each prize ("Prize") consists of the following:

Up to three (3) Kohler Joist 2-piece elongated toilets (Model 35730-0, 1.28 GPF, white, comfort height, seat included), subject to manufacturer specifications and availability, installed at the winner's Home;
Parts (toilet, included seat, wax ring, standard hardware) and standard installation labor by licensed Steve's technicians, all as further described in Section 12; and
All work to be performed after winner verification and no later than October 31, 2026, subject to Sponsor's technician availability and the conditions described in these Rules.

PRIZE VALUE CAP. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is capped at five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000) per winning household, inclusive of all parts, labor, and applicable installation services. Actual value may vary based on the number of toilets installed at the Home (which may be fewer than three) and the specific installation conditions encountered.

CASH ALTERNATIVE. There is no cash alternative to any Prize. Each Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other consideration in whole or in part.

SUBSTITUTION. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a comparable toilet model or prize component of equal or greater retail value if the listed model becomes unavailable, discontinued, backordered, or otherwise impractical to procure or install. No cash alternative will be substituted under any circumstances.

TAXES. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. Because each Prize is expected to be valued in excess of six hundred dollars ($600), Sponsor will issue each winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the Prize value, and winners agree to provide Sponsor with a valid Form W-9 or other required tax identification information as a condition of prize award.

TRADEMARK NOTICE. Kohler is referenced only to identify the prize model and is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Sweepstakes. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

12. Standard Installation Defined

"Standard Installation" means that ALL of the following conditions exist at each toilet location at the winner's Home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion at the Pre-Installation Inspection described in Section 13:

Replacement of one (1) existing floor-mounted toilet with the Kohler Joist toilet at the same location (no relocation of the drain outlet);
Existing standard twelve-inch (12 inch / 305 mm) rough-in, measured from the finished wall to the center of the waste outlet;
Existing toilet flange in serviceable condition, with no flange repair, replacement, relocation, or repositioning required;
Existing accessible water-supply shutoff valve in working order, with no replacement or repair required;
Floor and subfloor in serviceable condition, with no rot, water damage, structural compromise, or repair required;
No flooring, tile, wall, or drywall removal, modification, or repair required to perform the installation;
No municipal, state, or homeowners-association permits required for the installation; and
Reasonable access to the toilet location for technician and equipment, including doorways, hallways, stairs, and other paths of travel, and no special access accommodations required.

The following work is NOT included in any Prize and remains the sole responsibility of the winning homeowner: flange repair, replacement, or repositioning; water-supply shutoff valve or supply line replacement; drain line repair or modification; subfloor or flooring repair or replacement; wall, tile, or drywall repair; water damage remediation; asbestos abatement; mold remediation; permit fees and inspection costs; structural modification; non-standard access accommodation; and any other work outside the Standard Installation definition above.

13. Pre-Installation Inspection and Consent

As a condition of receiving the Prize, each potential winner must sign a Pre-Installation Inspection Consent form authorizing Sponsor and its licensed technicians to inspect the winner's Home before installation. The Pre-Installation Inspection will assess each proposed toilet location at the Home against the Standard Installation conditions set forth in Section 12. Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion, whether each location qualifies as Standard Installation.

If one (1) or more toilet locations at the winning Home does not qualify as Standard Installation, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, do any of the following:

Install Kohler Joist toilets only at the toilet locations that qualify as Standard Installation;
Reduce the total number of toilets installed at the Home accordingly;
If no toilet location at the Home qualifies as Standard Installation, forfeit the Prize for that winner and select an alternate winner from the same Zone as described in Section 14.

The winner will not be compensated for toilet locations that do not qualify for Standard Installation. No cash alternative will be provided. The winner remains solely responsible for any non-Standard Installation work that the winner may wish to undertake at the winner's own expense, before, during, or after the Sweepstakes installation.

14. Alternate Winners and Award of Prizes

If, for any reason described in these Rules, a potential winner forfeits a Prize, Sponsor will select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries in the same Zone. The alternate-selection process will continue until either a verified, qualifying winner is identified for the Zone or no eligible alternate winners remain.

SOME OR ALL PRIZES MAY NOT BE AWARDED IF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS DO NOT EXIST OR QUALIFYING INSTALLATION CONDITIONS CANNOT BE MET. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award all three (3) Prizes by selecting alternate winners as described above, subject to the availability of eligible entrants and qualifying installation conditions. Sponsor's obligation to award Prizes is satisfied by reasonable efforts; Sponsor is not obligated to award any Prize for which no eligible, qualifying winner exists within a Zone.

15. Publicity

Acceptance of a Prize does not by itself authorize Sponsor or any third party to use the winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, statements, video footage, or installation-day content for any commercial, promotional, advertising, or publicity purpose. Such uses require a separate written Winner Publicity Release, which Sponsor may offer to the winner after winner selection. The Winner Publicity Release is optional and is not required to receive the Prize. A winner who declines the Winner Publicity Release will still receive the Prize on the same terms as a winner who signs it.

16. Marketing Consent

The entry form contains two separate optional checkboxes for marketing consent. Each checkbox stands alone; an entrant may check one, both, or neither. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes, and selection of a winner will be made without regard to whether the entrant checked either marketing-consent checkbox.

Email Marketing

If the entrant checks the email-marketing checkbox, the entrant agrees to receive marketing emails from Sponsor at the email address provided. The entrant may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email.

SMS Marketing

If the entrant checks the SMS-marketing checkbox, the entrant agrees to the following: "I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Steve's Plumbing & AC Service at the mobile number provided. Consent is not required to enter or win. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

17. Use of Data and Privacy

Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor and its agents for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, awarding Prizes, complying with applicable law (including tax reporting), and (if the entrant has affirmatively opted in) sending marketing communications. Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties. Sponsor's general privacy practices are described in Sponsor's privacy policy, available at StevesPlumbingHawaii.com.

18. Sponsor's General Rights and Reservations

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify any entrant or potential winner who fails to comply with these Rules, who provides false or misleading information, or whose entry is in any way fraudulent or non-compliant; (ii) modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if events outside Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, supply-chain disruption, technical failure, weather, public-health emergency, government order, or material change in product availability, affect the fairness, security, integrity, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes; (iii) modify installation timing if circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control prevent timely fulfillment for any particular winner; and (iv) take any other action Sponsor reasonably deems necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

19. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, the Pre-Installation Inspection, the installation work performed pursuant to the Prize, or any subsequent condition of the winner's Home related to the installation. Sponsor's total liability arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes is limited to the actual cost of fulfilling the Prize, not to exceed the Prize Value Cap set forth in Section 11.

20. Governing Law, Disputes, and Severability

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of the State of Hawaii, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Winner List Availability

A list of winners will be available for ninety (90) days following the drawing date by visiting StevesPlumbingHawaii.com/royalflush or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Steve's Plumbing & AC Service, attention: Royal Flush Sweepstakes Winner List, at the address provided in Section 1, by no later than December 8, 2026.

22. Compliance and Disclosures

This Sweepstakes is conducted in compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 481B, including HRS Section 481B-1.6, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations. By entering, each entrant acknowledges receipt of and agreement to these Official Rules, including the disclosure set forth at the top of these Rules and in Section 14 that some or all Prizes may not be awarded if eligible entrants do not exist or qualifying installation conditions cannot be met.
