What Standard Installation Means
Standard Installation is a same-location floor-mount toilet swap. Eligible bathrooms must meet eight conditions:
- Same-location floor-mount swap
- 12-inch rough-in
- Serviceable flange
- Working shutoff
- Serviceable floor and subfloor
- No flooring or wall modification
- No permits
- Reasonable access
Conditions are confirmed by Steve’s during the pre-installation inspection. Installation is not guaranteed until those conditions are confirmed.

Who can enter?
Residents of the State of Hawaii, 18 years of age or older, who own and occupy a Hawaii residential home as their personal primary residence. Rental, vacation, investment, and commercial properties are not eligible.

What exactly do I win?
Up to three new Kohler Joist toilets, installed by Steve‘s, in your home. The prize value is capped at $5,000 per household.
Why "up to" three toilets?
The number of toilets installed depends on what your bathrooms qualify for under Standard Installation, confirmed during a pre-installation inspection. Some homes may receive fewer than three.
What is Standard Installation?
A same-location floor-mount toilet swap. Eligible bathrooms must meet eight conditions, all confirmed by Steve‘s during the pre-installation inspection. Installation is not guaranteed until those conditions are confirmed.
What are the three service zones?
Oahu is one zone, Maui is one zone, and Big Island plus Kauai together form the Neighbor Island zone. One winner is drawn per zone.
Will I owe taxes if I win?
