A Steve's Plumbing & AC Service Weekly Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SERVICE CALL WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR.

1. Sponsor

The Steve's Cares Summer Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Steve's Plumbing, Heating, HVAC & Electrical, LLC, d/b/a Steve's Plumbing & AC Service, 99-1265 Halawa Valley Street, Aiea, HI 96701 ("Sponsor"). Questions concerning the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at the address above or at StevesPlumbingHawaii.com/giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and at the time of prize award, meet ALL of the following:

• Are legal residents of the State of Hawaii;
• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
• Own a home located in the State of Hawaii; and
• Are not excluded under Section 3 of these Rules.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Excluded Persons

The following are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, of any company within the same corporate family as Sponsor (including Apex Service Partners and its affiliates), and of any company involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes;
• Spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, step-relations, and any other household members residing at the same address as any person described above.

4. Sweepstakes Period and Weekly Entry Periods

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. HST on August 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into thirteen (13) consecutive weekly entry periods, each beginning Sunday at 12:00:01 a.m. HST and ending the following Saturday at 11:59:59 p.m. HST. The first weekly entry period begins June 1, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

5. How to Enter

All entries must be submitted through the dedicated Sweepstakes entry form. Sponsor will not accept casual email replies, social-media comments, mailed entries, or any channel not routed through the entry form. The entry form is reachable via the following free methods:

• ONLINE: Visit StevesPlumbingHawaii.com/giveaway and complete the entry form.
• IN PERSON: Visit a participating Steve's community event during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form on a device or via QR code provided.
• EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Existing Steve's customers who receive a Sweepstakes promotional email from Sponsor through ServiceTitan may use the dedicated entry link in that email. Replying to the email does not constitute entry.

The entry form will request: (i) entrant's full legal name, (ii) Hawaii home address, (iii) contact information (telephone number and email address), and (iv) an attestation of eligibility per Section 2. Two optional marketing-consent checkboxes appear on the form (Section 14). Neither is required to enter or win.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per household per weekly entry period. An entrant who enters in one week is not automatically re-entered in subsequent weeks; a new entry is required each week the entrant wishes to participate. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries within a single weekly period will be disqualified and may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in disqualification of all entries from the household.

7. Winner Selection and Weekly Drawings

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly entry period, for a total of thirteen (13) potential winners across the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator within five (5) business days following the close of each weekly entry period. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Each entrant may win no more than one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning in any weekly drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during that weekly entry period.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential weekly winner by telephone and email within forty-eight (48) hours of the weekly drawing. Each potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of attempted notification and must, at Sponsor's request, complete the following before prize award:

• Present valid government-issued photo identification establishing date of birth and Hawaii residency;
• Provide reasonable documentation of Hawaii homeownership, which may include public property records, property tax records, current mortgage statement, recorded deed, homeowners insurance declaration, or other documentation accepted by Sponsor;
• Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release; and
• Provide a completed IRS Form W-9 if the cumulative prize value requires tax reporting.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, declines to verify, fails verification, or is otherwise disqualified, that potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that weekly entry period.

10. Prizes

One (1) prize is awarded each weekly entry period: a $250 Visa gift card, for a total of thirteen (13) prizes across the Sweepstakes Period. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($250). Total ARV of all prizes is three thousand two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($3,250).

Each gift card is a Visa gift card delivered to the winner through Amazon. The gift card is not a gas-station-branded card and may be used anywhere Visa gift cards are accepted, subject to the card issuer's terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

TAXES. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of a prize. If any winner's cumulative prize value during the calendar year meets or exceeds the applicable IRS reporting threshold, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and the winner agrees to provide a valid Form W-9 as a condition of prize award.

11. Optional Ohana Protection Plan Enrollment

Entrants may optionally request one (1) free month of Ohana Protection Plan (OPP) membership. The request is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. No credit card is required, and the free month does not automatically renew. Sponsor may confirm service area, homeownership, and eligibility before activating the free month. The OPP free month carries no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be canceled at any time without charge or penalty. 12. Alternate Winners and Award of Prizes

If a potential weekly winner forfeits a prize for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for that weekly entry period. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award all thirteen (13) prizes. A prize for a given week may go unawarded if no eligible entries are received for that week or if no eligible entrant can be verified.

13. Publicity

Acceptance of a prize does not by itself authorize Sponsor or any third party to use a winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, or statements for any commercial, promotional, or advertising purpose. Such uses require a separate written Winner Publicity Release, which Sponsor may offer to each weekly winner after winner selection. The Winner Publicity Release is optional and is not required to receive the prize. A winner who declines the Release will still receive the prize on the same terms as one who signs it.

14. Marketing Consent

The entry form contains two separate optional checkboxes for marketing consent. Each stands alone; an entrant may check one, both, or neither. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win, and winner selection is made without regard to whether either checkbox is checked.

Email Marketing

If checked, the entrant agrees to receive marketing emails from Sponsor at the email address provided and may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

SMS Marketing

If checked, the entrant agrees to the following: "I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Steve's Plumbing & AC Service at the mobile number provided. Consent is not required to enter or win. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

15. Use of Data and Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor and its agents to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, award prizes, comply with applicable law (including tax reporting), and, if the entrant has affirmatively opted in, send marketing communications. Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties. Sponsor's privacy practices are described at StevesPlumbingHawaii.com.

16. Sponsor's General Rights

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Rules or who provides false or misleading information; (ii) modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if events outside Sponsor's reasonable control affect its fairness, security, integrity, or administration; and (iii) take any other action Sponsor reasonably deems necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

17. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liability, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor's total liability arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes is limited to the actual value of the prize(s) at issue.

18. Governing Law, Disputes, and Severability

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of the State of Hawaii. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

19. Winner List Availability

A list of winners will be available for ninety (90) days following the final weekly drawing by visiting StevesPlumbingHawaii.com/giveaway or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Steve's Plumbing & AC Service, attention: Summer Giveaway Winner List, at the address provided in Section 1, by no later than December 1, 2026.

20. Compliance and Disclosures

This Sweepstakes is conducted in compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 481B, including HRS Section 481B-1.6, and all other applicable federal and state laws. By entering, each entrant acknowledges receipt of and agreement to these Official Rules.
